Als je de software prijzen en de kwaliteit wil vergelijken, kijk je best verder dan de huurprijs of de aankoopprijs. Er zijn immers tal van parameters, die bepalen of software goedkoop of duur en kwalitatief is.  Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de installatie-, de implementatie- en de opleidingskost.  Hoe gebeurt de support achteraf?  Is die enkel per mail of kan je ook telefonische hulp inroepen of hulp via schermovername?  Hoe lang duurt het eer je antwoord krijgt op je vragen? Wat kost het update abonnement?  Welke andere programma’s of add-ons kan je koppelen aan de software?

Een enorm belangrijke en bijna onzichtbare parameter is de efficiëntie van het pakket.
Inefficiëntie zorgt voor tijdverlies bij uw personeel en tijd kost geld. Vraag tijdens de demo zeer gerichte vragen en durf te vragen om concrete handelingen, die voor u heel belangrijk zijn, te demonstreren.  Zo test u meteen de kennis en de degelijkheid van de verkoper.
